By engaging the services of The Noe Agency, you (“Client”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Role of The Noe Agency

The Noe Agency acts as an independent travel advisor and agent for third-party travel suppliers, including but not limited to airlines, hotels, cruise lines, tour operators, and insurance providers.

We do not own, operate, or control these suppliers and are not responsible for their actions, omissions, or changes.

2. Pricing & Availability

All prices are subject to change until confirmed and deposited.
Travel pricing—including airfare, accommodations, and supplier rates—can fluctuate at any time without notice.

Quotes are based on availability at the time provided and are not guaranteed until booked and paid.

3. Deposits & Payments

A deposit and/or full payment may be required to secure your booking. Payment terms vary by supplier.

By submitting payment, you authorize The Noe Agency to process payments on your behalf with travel suppliers.

Failure to make payments by the required deadlines may result in cancellation of your reservation and applicable penalties.

4. Planning Fees

Professional planning fees may apply depending on the complexity of your trip. These fees are non-refundable and compensate for time, expertise, and services rendered.

5. Cancellations & Changes

All cancellations and changes are subject to the terms and penalties of the travel supplier(s).

  • Refunds are not guaranteed

  • Many bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable

  • Airline tickets are often non-refundable and may be issued as credits only

The Noe Agency is not responsible for supplier-imposed penalties.

6. Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

If you decline travel insurance, you acknowledge that you may be financially responsible for cancellations, delays, medical expenses, or other unforeseen events.

Claims must be filed directly with the insurance provider. The Noe Agency does not determine claim outcomes.

7. Travel Documents & Requirements

Clients are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, visas, and any required documentation.

Passports must typically be valid for at least six (6) months beyond travel dates.

The Noe Agency is not responsible for denied boarding, entry refusal, or additional costs resulting from incomplete or invalid documentation.

8. Health, Safety & Travel Risks

Travel involves inherent risks, including but not limited to illness, injury, delays, cancellations, and unforeseen global events.

By booking travel, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with travel.

The Noe Agency is not liable for events beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Weather disruptions

  • Government actions or restrictions

  • Supplier cancellations or operational issues

  • Acts of God, pandemics, or force majeure events

9. Limitation of Liability

The Noe Agency shall not be liable for any loss, injury, damage, delay, or inconvenience arising from the acts or omissions of third-party suppliers.

In no event shall our liability exceed the amount paid to us for services rendered.

10. Airline & Supplier Changes

Airlines and travel suppliers may make schedule changes, equipment changes, or cancellations at any time.

The Noe Agency will assist in resolving issues but is not responsible for the outcome of supplier decisions.

11. Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for:

  • Reviewing all travel documents upon receipt

  • Verifying names match government-issued identification

  • Understanding supplier terms and conditions

  • Arriving on time for all departures

12. Communication

All official communication should be conducted via email. While we strive to respond promptly, response times may vary based on travel schedules and client demand.

Priority is given to clients with imminent departures.

13. Privacy Policy

The Noe Agency respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information.

Information collected—including contact details, travel preferences, and required identification—is used solely for planning and managing your travel arrangements.

Your information may be shared with trusted travel suppliers (such as airlines, hotels, tour operators, and insurance providers) as necessary to fulfill bookings.

We do not sell or distribute your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

While reasonable precautions are taken to protect your data, no method of electronic transmission can be guaranteed as completely secure.

By engaging our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described.

14. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting payment, approving itineraries, or engaging The Noe Agency’s services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
